The Administrative Assistant is a critical part of Maryland Family Institute’s operations,responsible for ensuring compliance with organization policies and procedures, generatingfinancial receipts, maintaining proper stocks of critical materials (such as business cards,envelopes, brochures, etc.), assisting the Executive Director with the scheduling of meetings andactivities, and other standard administrative tasks as determined by the Executive Director.Alignment with the vision and mission of MFI is critical. Competency in Google softwareproducts is required, CRM database, communications database, and event planning isbeneficial; experience in managing payroll, calendars, and other non-profit administrativefunctions is strongly preferred.
