The Administrative Assistant is a critical part of Maryland Family Institute’s operations,
responsible for ensuring compliance with organization policies and procedures, generating
financial receipts, maintaining proper stocks of critical materials (such as business cards,
envelopes, brochures, etc.), assisting the Executive Director with the scheduling of meetings and
activities, and other standard administrative tasks as determined by the Executive Director.
Alignment with the vision and mission of MFI is critical. Competency in Google software
products is required, CRM database, communications database, and event planning is
beneficial; experience in managing payroll, calendars, and other non-profit administrative
functions is strongly preferred.
